File Management and Data Cataloging Clerk


  • Manages the organization and cleanliness of the file management and data exchange servers to ensure efficiency of data dissemination.

  • The clerk will support reorganization and standardization of the share drives to ensure configuration control of data files and enterprise wide use of common archives. These archives will enable both internal efficiency and accuracy improvements as well as external SharePoint site archive generation. This activity will include establishing a common data structure and data base for NAVWAR information exchange into common tools across the NAVWAR enterprise.

  • The clerk will clean up the library and develop a transparent and automated method for data cataloging into the data base.

  • Other duties will include digitizing and clearing out old archives and providing summaries of past exercises/findings.
